Everything to know before your trip: what is included, what to bring, where to meet us and how to book.

Your trip includes

• The boat from Gustavia, to more than 40 sites chosen according to the weather and the participants’ level.
• Professional instructors, fluent in English and French.
• All equipment except dive computer and SMB; it is washed and disinfected after every trip.
• Access to the St Barts Marine Reserve and water on board.

We dive in small groups, from 2 to 12 people depending on the boat.

Duration and times

• A single dive, a try dive or Discover Scuba: about 2 h, back at the dock.
• A double dive: 3 h 30 to 4 h.
• Today’s departures are on our booking page: times change with the season.
• Trips further out (Fourchue, Tintamarre, Saint-Martin) are confirmed depending on the weather, the day before or a few days ahead.

What to bring

• Your certification card and logbook, if you are a certified diver: we need them for the dive declaration.
• Swimsuit and towel (provided on private trips).
• Reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. The boats have a sun canopy.
• A small bag for your belongings and, for a double dive, a snack for the surface interval if you wish.

Dive computers, torches and GoPros can be rented at the club; Nitrox 32 must be ordered 48 h ahead: see the extras.

Meeting point

1. Meet at the club, Collectivité dock in Gustavia, 10 to 15 minutes before your booking time. No shuttle: the ferry terminal is a 15-20 minute walk.
2. Traffic is heavy in Gustavia: allow extra time. Paid parking at the dock entrance (free at weekends and on public holidays), card only, no American Express; otherwise, nearby streets.
3. The boat leaves 15 minutes after the meeting time and cannot wait: late arrival means no refund and no new date.
4. Blue boat, SERIAL DIVERS on the hull. Back to the same dock.

Our office (welcome and bookings) is at 35 rue Schoelcher, Gustavia, open 9 am-12 pm and 3-6 pm; from November 2, 8 am-12 pm and 2-6 pm. It is not the departure point: we meet at the club, Collectivité dock.

Requirements

• Be in good physical condition, with no medical contraindication.
• No alcohol or drugs before the activity: boarding would be refused, without refund.
• Minimum age: 6 for snorkeling, 8 for diving.
• Minor without a parent on board: parental consent is required.
• Medical certificate: recommended for fun dives, required (less than one year old) for courses beyond 12 m (40 ft).

Booking and payment

• Online, on our booking page, or by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Your booking is confirmed once paid: a message exchange does not hold a place.
• For the next day, book before 7 pm the day before.
• Online payment by card, with your bank’s verification (3D Secure). Cash or payment in person: at the office, before it closes the day before your trip.
• Payment not going through? Try another device or browser (often your phone) before calling your bank; we can send you a new link.
• After payment, you receive a confirmation email: please check your spam folder. No email? Message us on WhatsApp.
• Formalities are completed before the day of your trip: nothing is paid or checked in at the dock.

Residents, seasonal workers and staff of partner hotels: special rates confirmed by the office; tell us your employer. Groups and companies: on request.
